i recently purchased, an IS250. looking to JDM it out but don't know where to start:

how big and wide (with the tire size) can i go with out rubbing?
coil overs or bags? its and everyday go everywhere car.
heads and tails is it better to tint or paint?
im trying to black out the whole car, i cant stand the silver trimming, can i replace it? and the emblems,i wanna keep them is there a place where they sell black out ones or am i going to have to paint them.

any help would be great, considering this is my first Lexus.
i think i want the VIP scene
