I have an 06 1G1 Tungsten Pearl. I just ordered the OEM Lexus deck spoiler pre painted.

A buddy of mine said that it may not look right because my paint faded on my car and that paint is going to be brand new.

Any thoughts of how this will look?

I got my car in 2008 and it sits all day and all night in a garage. Just drives 1 hour a day to work. Can't speak to what the previous owner did.

I think you will be ok i don't think your paint would fade enough to notice a difference

 

i got mine in 09 and my car is an 07. the paint was spot on. dont worry! it'll come out great

 

You should be cool, don't worry! TP can't fade too much.

 

I have an 2006, tungsten pearl and just got a GFX front lip prepained from Sewell. Spot on...our color is more forgiving than others.

Getting the rear F sport sway on as well this Friday

 

I order my 1g1 from sewell as well. The paint match is pretty much spot on. The only problem was that the paint around the lip area wasn't as smooth as the rest of the wing. But you can't notice it until you are up close and looking for it
