Ok so when my is350 I's running hot or cold it makes like purring sound like if it's idell I's off?? Is this normal??? And were are the window washers on the car I cant fing them

... Pull back on the right stalk, if nothing happens - add washer fluid and repeat. And if by "purring" sound, you mean ticking?, that's normal, the IDLE is not off.

the stalk is the sticks behind to the left and right of the steering wheel.

 

It is probably due to the low idle RPM. What are you idling at? I believe 550 is the minimum idle RPM stated by Lexus in the manual.

Notice the difference between 'P' and 'D', as your idle should be lower in drive and hence the "purr" you are referring to. It shouldn't do the "purr" in 'P'.

My car does it as well.

The stalks are behind the paddle shifters. The headlights are on the left one.

 

if it purrs, u should remove your cats and let that exhaust note drown it out

i believe that "green flag thing" is the icon for parking sensors
