you can change it to LEDS, which comes in alot of colors, or you can get bulbs. i got luminics hyper yellow bulbs, even more yellow then stock.

as far as I know, using any halogen bulb in reduced power mode(DRLs) will be yellow.

only way to have non-yellow DRLs is to get LEDs. but then you lose your high beams. you can also run HIDs, but you lose your DRLs.

Do they make an HID yellow BULB for our DRLs so we can have that "JDM" Look at night as well as during the day? I'm thinkin about getting the DRL HID to kinda go with the headlights, and I don't mind losing the DRL functionality with them. Do I still get to keep the High beam functionality?

you can get the jdm look by gettin luminics hyper yellow bulbs, that way youll have the drl and high beam feature.

^ What he said. Since the DRL and high beams use the same bulb, if you convert it to HIDs you'll effectively only have your high beams because HIDs can't (or at least aren't supposed to) run at 30% power like your stock halogens. Just get a yellow halogen bulb like CLIS250 is saying.

I've used 7k before. it still has a hint of yellow (but significantly whiter than stock). however, i didn't like the high beam color (blue). i wanted white.

^ Because the bulb (9005) is running at 30% power in "DRL mode."

Just a question: How does wattage effect Kelvin color?

LED is way to go if you want to change DRL color.

It's tough to capture the true color on camera. But here is my LED DRL in amber/orange color.
