Good feedback, I decided to go with the http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LUMIN...Q5fAccessories cause I kinda do like the DRL's during the day, and I like the look with the car off and that yellow tint in her eyes. The only I didn't really think about is that other bulb above the DRL (Not the regular beams).

Is there a problem with removing these?

Sorry, I should have noted parking lights and DRL are in amber. I'll try to find a pic with DRL light on only.

FYI: S4Play (Rick) did the install.

I don't think so, if you don't like the little parking light, remove it, it lights up only when you turn the light switch on, it does not produce sufficient light anyway.

Kelvin is a measure of color temperature. With less power, the lower the temperature, which we perceive as being more toward the yellow end of the color spectrum.

Ah i see, I was hoping with my new luminics 9005's that this little light wouldn't throw off my color the way I'm hoping it wouldn't. I just wasn't sure if any dash lights or sensors would be thrown off in the event this little guy was removed. thanks

You can buy the 9005 ijdmtoy.com cree led. + The decoder so it won't pulse like a strobe. Look them up I've been running mine for 3 years going strong. They don't have the 50W option anymore. So you'll have to get the 80W version. Nice upgrade for the DRL keep in mind that you won't have usable high beams.
