Default Missing my BMW 545

Hello everyone,
So ive been doin alot of research for mods for my is350
Im months away (its winter) from actually putting on rims for my car but i had a set from my bmw that i thought may look pretty aggressive. The rims are miro 111's. fronts are 19x8.5 et15 and rears are 20.9.5 et18..From what ive read so far those offsets would be damn aggressive and im under the understanding that i would need to do fender work, which i am fine with and intend to do anyway.
So im thinking if i stretch on some tires and get a hub adaptor these might look pretty mean.
Heres pics of my 5.

Before Coils

Let me know what you guys think..
Either sell em, or keep em.
Thanks

it had 175kms and was an absolute pig on repairs..had to do 8000 of work just in the motor for the 4 vanos units! then the water pump, brake booster and a couple of other small things that added up to ALOT of money! Trust me, i dearly miss her and ive only been driving this is350 for 2 weeks now.

Nice 5. I say keep them and go hellaflush on the IS with the Hiros. You'll definitely will need to do fender work. Post pics when you have the wheels installed. Welcome to CL!

Nice 5 series. I would sell those wheels and buy some new ones for your IS. You can make those offsets fit at the end of the day like you said but I would just get 18s or 19s with aggressive offsets. I don't prefer 20s in aggressive offsets on the IS, but you only have 20s at the rear so you might get away with it. Either way, post pics on what you decide .

Yea i think i wanted to go with 20s.
I chose the staggered setup for the 545 cause i thought it would give it a real aggressive look. Thought that maybe it would do the same for the is350. Ive got months to really think hard about these wheels and many mods to do before then.

I think to use an adaptor it also needs to be an 20mm spacer, making your rims negative offset, Im not sure that will work. I could be wrong but dig up some more about adaptors

5 series was sick!! Question is do you still even want these wheels on your IS or is it just cause you have them? 2nd, Try and see how much you can get for them if you don't wan't to do all that work. Good luck and post pics!

I love the 5series...are you on 5series.net? I have a space gray E60...getting either 124/Micro 111/or 128s....love your car...almost the same color...I have Space Gray...I think yours is Silver Grey?

What a nice looking E60 you had (:! What coils did you have?
