vibration while stopping at red light

vibration while stopping at red light
I just bought my 2011 IS350 AWD in the first week of November.
Now my ODO showing 8XX kms. When I am waiting for the red light to turn green. I can feel my car vibrates a lot, not reasonable.
And one more thing, when I start the engine in the morning, I heard the engine producing some little "ding ding" noise. As the car warm up, that noise is gone.
Questions:
Some say my car hasn't been broken in, so its probably the engine is not working very well so the vibration occurs and tell me to wait until 2000kms. Is that true?
