Default 2008 IS350 TSB's

Hello everyone. I'm taking my car in for the valve spring recall on Tuesday and wanted to ask you all out there where I can find a comprehensive list of all the TSB's for the 350 so I can get them all taken care of. So far I've gotten the accelerator pedal TSB done and the start up/cam gears TSB. Thanks for your help.

i work for dorschel lexus and if you have already had the cam gears replaced then you might just want to see if you need to have the fuel pipe replacement done. i have done 3 is350 valve spring jobs and 2 gs350 jobs. they are quite tricky at first but once i found a good technique for changing the springs and setting up the cam timing its not to bad. it does suck as far as time paid though. lexus pays us 7 hrs for is n gs recalls and 13 for the ls 460s. it has been taking most guys in my shop 11-14 hrs to complete the is and gs. my fastest time was 8 hrs on a gs. but as far as those cam gears go its difficult for us to do those with the recall because we have to confirm that the noise is happening at cold start or the most common time for them to make the noise is right after an oil change. lexus wont let us do them as a precautionary. i would love it though cause we would get the time for that separately.

ps the spring recall, accel pedal, and fuel pipes are recalls not tsbs, there is a difference. a tsb can only be done if the problem is happening currently, recalls are all vins in the range.

Does the fuel rail recall apply to the 2008 year?

umm not positive. i think it is... just have your service advisor run your vin thru TIS vehicle inquiry. they are supposed to every car but they get lazy. TIS is our information center that will tell us every recall for that vin and if it has been completed and by what dealer

also little hint*** not sure if every dealer is doing it but with our recalls Lexus pays to fill your tank of gas as a way of showing their appreciation. so bring it in empty!!!!!!! haha

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes I know about the difference between recalls and TSB's. Sorry for not being clear. I've never heard of that fuel pipe replacement. I'll ask my service advisor. The brake pads for excessive dust was a TSB that I got done late last year but have not gotten any others. Which others should I know about for my model year? I have some dash rattles that I've started to notice and my rear/bass speaker housing rattles too. Thanks again.
