Boston Building Footprint Display
The only reason I would buy the update would be for a building footprint display in Boston, however I doubt they are gonna add that this year...right now it's only for five major cities.

I'm sure most of you have received your update by now, but just FYI:
GEN4 10.1 will STILL show the "I Agree" message.
GEN5 10.1 Still has lost "Just Tires" as a POI (plus others I assume more). There has been roads added though, that I can confirm.
It's odd that "Just Tires" was there in 8.1 GEN5 and disappered in 9.1 & 10.1 GEN5, yet is right there in GEN4 (since I buy both GEN's). If someone else can find "Just Tires" (it's a tire store for those that don't know) and/or "America's Tires" on a GEN5 DVD, I would love to know how you did it. It's kind of a drag as I use Just Tires for flat repair and if I get a flat, I have a warranty, yet if I can't find one, I'll have to use my cell.

Just an fyi, I loaded the 9.1 on my vehicle, and the "I agree" message no longer appears. A warning pops up and then goes away automatically. You dont have to physically press on a button to clear it.

That's true for GEN5, but NOT for GEN4. Anything above 9.1 will get rid of that message. I don't know why it's still on the GEN4 cars.

Actually on GEN5, anything above 7.1 will get rid of the I agree screen.

is there a huge difference between upgrading from 9.1 to 10.1?
obviously some street changes.. but aside from updated roads, does it make it track faster? is there a 3-d option? anything else major?
if not, i'll probably wait another year or 2.. been living with version 6 for the longest time till i updated to version 9..

I replaced my 5.1 disk from my 2006 IS to the 10.1, not much difference from what I can see considering there is supposedly five years of updates on the new disk. The street where I live was built in 2001 and it still does not show up on the 10.1 disk. Go figure. Paid $175 from Sewell in August. At least the I Agree message is gone.
BTW, I can't understand those people who have trouble getting the clock face off. It came off easily when the two picks are pushed in, and then a slight pull on the face made. Slid right out. I was done in two minutes.
