Sprayed My Grill Surrond Flat Black
Hello CL, was bored today and just decided to spray my grille surround flat black. Looks pretty good for a ten dollar project
, now i am trying to preserve it for the winter and when spring time comes i will be color match painting it.
Any tips on keeping it good while washing the car? i didnt not clear coat or primer it as i saw no point in doing so

I did my F grille with $2 rattle can. Used a primer and then top coat. Has held up for 6 weeks with no issues.

so... when you did it, did you...wetsand, clean with rubbing alcohol, primer, coat, and clear??

after a while you're gonna be dealing with paint chips on your surround. just how it is.
