Default My car is DEAD

So last night driving down the road West bound about 40-45 some A$$ clown driving East bound decides to make a left turn on to a side street in front of me. Apparently he thought he had the right away so i hit him almost head on then ran into a shopping plaza sign. Oh yeah my airbags did not deploy just to mention. So luckily a cop was right behind him and saw the whole thing. Now just waiting till tomorrow to see what the insurance company has to say.. This is the before pics. I'll take the after pics later

It's just a car, bro.

Cars are always replaceable. You are not.

Glad to hear you are okay.

Good that you are ok, I hope the insurance will pay for the mods.

Even if the cop wasn't there, isn't it still 100% the other drivers fault and see to see on the impact point.

Thanks for the sympathy. the cops that were on the scene took care of all that for me. While I was at the ER they were nice enough to drop off everything at my house last night

Yeah. When the paramedics arrived they asked if i had any pain which i did around my shoulder and collar bone. So then they put a neck brace on me and strapped me down to a gurney on put me in the ambulance and off I went. Dr. said I have a sprain or strained shoulder. But could of been worse

Wow, so many accidents today, good thing you are OK, hopefully the cops statement is on your side, make the other guy pay for all your repairs.

You should since you have a credible witness.

So glad you are not hurt real bad. You might be sore later on but at least there are no broken bones or have damage to your neck.

Sorry bout the accident...you're alive! That's the most important. I'm a fireman and see this stuff all the time. It was a good thing the cop was there cause he witnessed the accident and that way there will be no he said she said story about who is at fault. The officer should have documented what he witnessed. Your insurance should cover the damage if it isn't more than a certain percentage of the value of the car. When it goes to the body shop of YOUR choice that is where it can get tricky. If your policy says it will cover "LIKE" parts, then they can put on made in Taiwan parts and non OEM hood, fenders, etc. Ask about all that when its at the shop. If you want to get a different lip, the shop can charge the dealer price for the Gfx front and you can upgrade to a different front lip. Hope this helps! Then you can get the rock chips off the front end from scraping the road! Good luck.
