Default Hubring Question Volk GT-7

Hey guys I misplaced the hubrings that used to be on my Volk GT-7. I want to know what size and where can i buy them.

Is it 60.1 to 73.1??

Thank you.

to be 100% honest, you don't even need them. your lug nuts are self centering and will center the wheel to your hub.

its a nice 'piece of mind' to have them, but I'm using an 8mm spacer right now on my fronts (8mm too big so wheel isn't connecting to the hub ring), and I have no vibration what so ever.

As long as you do a good star pattern when bolting down the wheel, you should be fine.

EDIT: oh yeah, back in the day I had Five Axis wheels and the vendor forgot to send me the rings. I installed them without em to see what happened, and no vibration. Everything went just fine.

You'll be good

You may have luck out and center your wheels correctly, but lug nuts are NOT self centering and do not center the wheel on the hub. Hub rings cost $15 at most, why cheap out on something so inexpensive? Do it once, and do it right. You may luck out and center your wheels perfectly, or you may not and get vibrations, uneven tire wear, and even worse snap a wheel stud.

OP, you'll have to check your wheel for sure. Most Volks are 73.1mm, and the 2IS hub is 60.1mm. In all likelihood you need 73.1-->60.1 rings, but check the wheel itself to be sure. Most America's Tire/Discount tire stores carry these hub rings, and they can even measure the wheel's hub bore for you to make sure. Good luck!

exactly, lugs will not center the wheels to the hub. it will center the wheels to the lugs. they arent needed but its a good idea imo for the cheap price. it also takes all the stress off the studs and places it on the hub. take a look at your wheels, it should give you the center bore on them.
