it's been more than a month since i lasted updated on the project. I was going to trade my car in but that failed so i decided to resume the project with some changes. I decided to scrap the quad idea and just do a regular retro fit since the summer is almost up and i had enough headache from trying to quad my headlights, i also got rid of my angel eyes(one of them broke when i was taking apart the headlight) and decided to painted my housing darker. i mounted and install the s2k projectors into the headlight and i used the oem shroud so it looks just like stock except it's 100 times better. the only problem i have now is the diver side projector sat a little to high so the cut off is way above the passenger side, but i should be able to adjust that without taking apart the headlight again. here's some pics of the headlight, enjoy. i also notice that there's a little bump towards the right of the driver side cut-off. anyone know why is that? when i test fitted the projectors the bump wasn't there. any ideas?

1) inside the headlight

2)close up on the projectors w/shroud

3)how the back looks like

4)how headlight looks from the outside(look just like oem)

5)far away shot, it's a lot wider in person, a LOT wider

6)shot of cut off, dont know why there's a bump on the driver side cut off, any ideas?

That hump would be improper spacing. Did you mess with the cutoff shield btw?

I did, I did a color mod by putting one #8 spacer on each side of the shield. I did the exact same thing on the other side of the projector. Don't know why it only happen tp he driver side. Guess I'll open up the headlight again and have a look at it. Thanks
