I've tried both tirerack and discounttiredirect online, both seems to be good and price depends on model they sell.

Then I usually bring the tires to walmart for mount and balance. Never had a problem.

Another vote for tirerack.

I've also used Discounttiredirect in the past, but tirerack seems to be a more complete outfit.

between $5-10 depends on if you want lifetime balance. Other tire shops usually charge $20 per tire.

Got mine at Costco. They only stock a limited number of tires, but the prices are great, and the $15/tire install charge also includes road hazard warranty.

I'm another satisfied Tire Rack customer - been using them for years. With Tire Rack, they have a recommended installers section, where you can put in your zipcode and see the places in your area. The results are pretty detailed, and include prices for mounting and other services, as well as customer reviews. You can even have Tire Rack ship directly to the installer.
