Default Warranty Question

Hello,

I made an appointment with a service center after hearing buzzing/rattling noise from the backseat. Now, this is my first time going to the Lexus service center and wanted to ask couple questions.

1.) In your experience, how long does it take for them to find and fix the problem?
2.) Do I need to get a ride from my friend after taking it to the service center? Or do I simply wait in the waiting room?
3.) Is there anything I should be aware of when taking my car to the dealership?

Thank you,

They can only fix if they can hear the noise so gl with that bec it never works when I take stuff to get fixed anywhere the problem always disappers. And some deAlers give u a loaner if it will take longer than 2 hours to fix.

1. it depends
2. it depends
3. it depends..

haha im joking.. but time span really depends on how long they can replicate the problems. if they cant replicate it... they wont fix it.. sometimes you're lucky they can replicate it right away sometimes not for another day or so... it all really depends

generally.. you can get a loaner... or a shuttle service at the minimum.

don't let the dealers wash your car... its just a big no-no... adding scratches instead of cleaning the car... get a good SA... if you get a not so helpful one request for a change...
