If it's a salvage title that law isn't gonna help him.

If it's not a salvage title, well, it has to be, because otherwise an 09 would be under warranty and both the tow and the diagnostic would be free.

Go to lexus.com, click to the owners section (bottom left of main page), register, and review the service history. It might help provide some clues as to what is going on.

Well the problem is that My girlfriend did not purchase it at an authorized lexus dealership and as far as i know it is salvage title as well so I dont think there is any warrenty that covers it. I have to go through all the paper work again. Its frustrating but what can I say I didnt do my research. Quite an expensive lesson =(

The fuses are intact no blown fuses I wondering if the start button is malfunction at all or if that is possible?
