Door dings

Has anyone had any luck getting a door ding fixed at the front leading edge of the left rear door basically right in the middle of the door?

my pdr guy said a long time ago that there is a brace in the door that makes a certain part of the door impossible to get to. I have no idea where that brace is in the rear door. too bad we dont have any pics like that

its hard to see exactly where the ding is, but my buddy had a ding close to that area on his 2010 335i... he was pissed because it's brand new and all black.. he went to a Paintless Dent Repair shop and they were able to remove it.. something about going into the door jam (on the side) and getting in from there.. they did a great job.

I thought you had to go to a professional shop due to possible paint flaking, but im a noob when it comes to stuff like this. Not everyone knows these things.
