Unless your in the military getting your car shipped for free, you must be paying a arm and a leg for shipping and import taxes. How are you going to get the Nav to work without Korean maps? I checked flyaudio site and they only have US and chinese units, did I miss the multi country software?? No software = blank screen.

 

FlyAudio will work in any country, so long as the harnesses match up from the Lexus. Since it is a US made Lexus, the FlyAudio unit will work. Just because the car leaves the US, doesn´t mean the system will stop working. You have a couple different options for navigation software, so that is not a problem. Goodluck with your decision!

 

Well been working out the shipping costs and figuring out what I need to do to import it. Got a deal on shipping and if I put a bond on the car saying I wont sell it, I don't have to pay the ridiculous 50% import tax. I also asked the guys over at automax about the Korean maps, and I guess they are saying that it can load pretty much any 3rd party software.

The biggest hurdle I am worrying about is that they never offered the 350 over here (hence why I'm having mine shipped), so trying to figure out what regulation hoops I am going to have to jump through...

Wow, if thats the case and you can get Korean maps for the Fly audio, that would prove to be more useful and a much better purchase over new wheels IMO.

 

Although the Vossen's are amazing, nav first. Don't want to get lost haha.. Asia's roads are sometimes confusing... (Well for Taiwan and Japan at least...)

 

Thanks for all the input guys. But.... I think I've decided to go with the flyaudio unit... I am going to need nav over here and I hate the way 3rd party attachments look.

Damn you Vossen for making this such a hard decision!
