But, in our defense, I had traction control on and it wasn't a perfect launch, so it's pretty close.

E36 doesn't have the same hp as e46... I read your story a while ago, awesome to know that we can take on the e46.

You guys have convinced me, I was originally going to buy a 2010 is250 AWD, but I'm almost 100 percent certain I'm gonna go for a 2007-2008 is350 w winter tires for winter instead of all seasons with the 250 AWD. I live in Chicago btw. Especially since there isn't that much of a mpg difference for so much extra power

thats basically it. the simplest and most to the point answer...

gearing, high compression, efficiency = why the is350 is faster than most NA V6 and some small groups of smaller V8

Wise choice. Resale value of the 250 is not very good bc there are so many out there. Look around and you see the ratio is like 10:1 of 250 over 350.

defenetlely true. Ive been looking around in my area and its gonna be hard getting a perfect one for me. I want the exterior color to be Smokey Granite Mica, dont really care for the interior color i like both the black leather and tan. Preferebly one with the nav and im not sure if heated and cooled seats are standard but that would be nice as well. But im pretty set on the smokey color so well see...
