Default A-pillar removal for bluetooth mic placement

Does anyone know how to remove a driver side A-pillar for bluetooth mic installation above the dome light? I am getting ready to install a flyaudio system in my 09 is250 and am trying to find the best way to route the wire and mic. Seems to be under the A-pillar and roof liner over to the doom light. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

The Doom Light wasn't an option for 2006 Mine does have an aftermarket Eye of Sauran, but it sputters in and out if the radio is on.
