I'm not very knowledgeable in this department so bear with me!

My car is a 2011 Is250 AWD.
I've been doing some research and I've decided to go with Fast Wheels FC04 18x8 +40 with Pilot Super Sports at 225/40/18 all around.

Car's not lowered yet but I'm planning on lowering with the F Sport springs this summer.

Any advices, tips or input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone.

Default Some information I have learned...

I do not know if anyone else has compiled something like this but here it is... If this violates the forum rules, I didn't mean to.

My 2007 Lexus IS 350 Specs

Stock Rims and tires
5 lug 4.5 /5x114.3 • Center Bore: 60.1 • Hardware:12x1.50 Lug

Front: 225/40/18(25.08"), 18x8, +45mm offset
Rear: 255/40/18(26.03"), 18x8.5, +50mm offset
_________________________________________________________
Information:
Lowering Kits:
eibach prokit

Offsets: Front: 33-45mm/ Rear: 38-50mm Lower numbers are more aggresive(wheel sticks out further) and may cause rubbing depending on tire width and size(Tallness).

OE and aftermarket Tire Sizes that are close to stock tire sizes(?):
17 inch: 225/45-17(F) 255/45-17(R)(didn't look this up, implied by 18s)
18 inch: 225/40-18(F) 255/40-18(R)
19 inch: 225/35-19(F) 255/35-19(R)
20 inch: 225/30-20(F) 255/30-20(R)

Useful links besides ClubLexus, I am not affiliated with either of these.

Those will fit perfectly fine. It almost like stock but you're running a square set up no fender work needed I don' think

So i just got a steal for a set of Rohana Rc8 rims and tires with TPMS sesnsors. I have 2009 Is250 AWD

The rims came wheel tires the spec are:
20x9 fronts with 245x35 20 with tires offset 35mm & 20x10 Backs with 275x30 20 with tires offset 45mm.

I was wondering would i be able to run this set up or would i have to buy new tires. Car isn't lowered yet but I am lowering with the F Sport springs next week.

I've been reading this thread and few other build threads, but I haven't been able to get an answer...

I have a 2012 IS250 RWD that I'm going to bag.. How big/wide can I go with the wheels and not have a problem lowering all the way?

I read a lot of:

18x8.5 +35 (F)
18x9/9.5 +40 (R)

But none of those people were bagged so idk.. Hope someone has the answer. Thanks!

im thinking to use a cheap set of stock Toyota or lexus 17" wheel in the winter for 2008 is350 with 225/45-17 tires. What choices do I have? Will wheels from SUVs fit the car?

THanks

Hello all, I need some help. I'm thinking about running 18x8.5/9.5 +20 all around. What would be the best tires to run? I'm slammed on coilovers... Can raise up a bit. Not looking for crazy stretch, but a little would be alright. Also, would 18x9.5 +35 18x10.5 +12 fill in the fenders better? Need help lol Anything helps. Thanks everyone.

Hi All,
I found a set of 18x8.5 +35 and was wondering if they would fit without fender mods? Also, do you know what would be the best tire set up without any rubing? Thanks Everybody!

Sportskid runs that size rim with 255/35/18 without rubbing, no fender mod required

Will running a 19x9.5 +35 all around have any issues with brake clearance or fenders? The front is mostly what I'm worried about.
I have an is250 so the brakes are nice and small

The plan is to slam on coils and run a tiny bit of camber

I've got a question for my options, I have got a 2012 IS350 AWD I've got pretty big stock brakes in the front, I was just trying to test fit my rohana rc10s 19x8.5 offset 35 all the way around, looks like they rub in the front, what are my options for them to make then clear my calipers?

Will the following wheels fit with no rubbing issues and no fender mods on Fsport springs? 2007 IS250 RWD

18x8.5 et34 Front tires 235/40
18x9.5 et35 Rear tires 265/40

19x8.5 et30 Front tires 235/35
19x9.5 et35 Rear tires 265/35

18x9 et30 Front tires ????
