I am currently looking to buy some 18" WORK VS-XX for my lexus is350 rwd 2007

The specs are :
F: 18x8 +38
R: 18x9 +50

I was wondering if the fronts will be able to clear the bbk?

Also the wheels comes with 4 brand new 215/40/18 tires. Is it okay to use these tires instead of the recommended 255/40/18 for the rears?

Thank you guys

Default Going Aggressive and Need Help!

Hey guys! I need some help. I've got a set of cosmis xt-005r's .... 18x10 +20
Will these clear the front? I'm on road magnets, 2" drop all the way around. Tires 245/40 front 265/40 rear.
Coilovers will come down the road. My car is under construction so I am just looking to work with this set up... All input & advice will be appreciated!

I've searched quite a bit through the thread, but just for clarification:

Without any modifications, and f-sport springs will this wheel and tire combo clear?

19x8.5 +30 F 225/35
19x9.5 +35 R 255/35

I "think" these will fit based on multiple searches. Just need a double check please. Looking to install these on 2010 IS350c awd. I don't want to modify anything.

Finish:**Hyper black face with polished lip

Rim Size:* *19 X 8.5" fronts *& *19 X 9.5" rears

Lip:*1.5" fronts / 2.5" rears

Bolt Pattern:* 5 X 114.3

Hub bore 73.1

Offset:* 35 mm fronts & 40 mm rears

Thanks

Default Workmeister S1 18x8 +36/18x8.5 +37 RE-LIP QUESTION

What's up CL...I just purchased some workmeister S1s for my 06 250. I'm wanting to widen up the rears. I was thinking about using the 18x8.5 +37 up front and relipping the 18x8 +36 to a 9.5 or even 10?

QUESTIONs:
- will 18x8.5 +37 for the front be a flush fitment
- what's my best option for the rears going to a 9.5" or 10" wide for flush fitment (slight camber okay but don't want to install camber kit if possible)

currently lowered almost 3" on megan LPs and both front and rear fenders are rolled. Your input is greatly appreciated!

18x8.5 +37 up front will be sunk in and even the rear will be also. Below is my old setup which was 19x8.5 & 19x10 +37

thanks for the response and reference photo! this helps out a lot, especially that rolling shot. Looks like i'll be running some sort of spacer in the front but will definitely widen up the rear. If I converted my 18x8 +36 to a 18x10.5 (2.5" wider outer lip) do you think that would give me a more flush fitment?

just curious with that current set up how big of a spacer do you think you would need to run to get a flush fitment?

I was told for a flush set up without camber arms you could do front 9.5+29 and rear 10.5 + 28 but that would require rear fenders shaved and fronts rolled.

Hi,

I was thinking of buying the following setup;

18 x 8.5 offset +33 on 225/45/18 in front
18 x 9.5 offset +22 on 255/45/18 in the back

will the rear tire rub ? Fenders are already rolled. Or should I go with 245-235 in the back ?

Thanks !

what up CL, ive been reading alot post and cant to find the same set up i was planning,

i got 18x9.5 +22 all around with h&r springs.

thinking putting 225/45/18 in front and 245/40/18 rear or 235/40/18.

do i have to roll or shave linings?

im trying to avoid any fender work/mod, and keep a good quality ride.

if anyone can suggest a best tire sz for 18x9.5 +22 prefer beefy tires than stretched

thanks appreciated
