lowered on BC coils

do i need any fender rolling?

no on the front, yes on the rear.

yes, those tire sizes can be mounted to those wheels.

and those wheels, assuming they have the right bolt pattern, can be mounted to the car.

so what are you specifically asking about?

Question

Hi guys, time to replace my OEM 17" wheels.

I plan to buy this :
Work emotion XD9
Front : 18x9 +30
Rear : 18x10 +38

Will it fit great on stock fender? Flush enought, no scrub? will have to add spacer?

Tyres on this new setup,
better 225/40 (f) 245/40 (r)
or 225/45 (f) 245/45 (r)

Thanks guys !

should have nice fitment @ stock height + stock fenders. shouldn't have clearance issues. don't add spacers unless you want to run hellaflush fitment + stretched tires.

run 40-series. i'd try 255/40-18 in the rear instead of 245, but with the latter you'll get more clearance.

to PROJECTDNA, i was only wondering if the whole set up was ok, since it is a AWD version, and that i did not try them on yet, thanks.

in terms of what?

FYI, very general questions -> very general answers.

try the search function, or be specific with your questions.

or, mount everything up and hope/pray you don't have clearance issues.

I'm running 18x8.75 +20 wrapped in 225/40/18 all around at 24.75". Might go down to 24.5 depending on how everything looks with my bodykit.

I rolled my front fenders. On dips, my car rubs the front bumper tab. I'm going to relocate this soon. The rears are not rubbing. If you don't mind a little stretch, I would suggest rolling your front fenders and running 215/40/18. This may save you the hassle of the bumper tab. A member with 18x8.75 +20 with 215/40/18 told me he did not rub after rolling your fenders. He was also pretty low.

Thanks for this advice mate!
I think i will buy this size. 245 will be interested for more clearance at rear yea.

I think the same wheels on 18x9 +20 (f) and 18x10 +18 (r) will not fit with stock body. So maybe more "safe" to take the other size and put spacer in the futur

No problem. 18x9 +20 should be flush in the front with rolled fenders, and pretty much flush in the rear with stock fenders. It looks perfect imo without going too aggressive

I'm looking at getting wheels that are 19x8.5 +35, 19x9.5, +36. Looking at this thread it looks like 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 are the 'recommended' tire sizes.. however using the Tire Size Calculator, 265/35/19 in the rear is closer to the same total diameter than stock.

Wondering why the 30 series in the rear is frequently recommended over the 35 series..

shorter tires = more clearance.

that, and 265/30-19 is a more popular size than 265/35-19.
