Will those wheels fit? START HERE.
I put on some 19"ers at 8.5F (245) and 10R (275). I'm getting some rubbing but I also have Eibach's on so now the tire totally fills the well height and width-wise. I'm thinking about getting coilovers but am not sure. It looks good but I have to chase the rub gremlins.

now, is there something you need help with?
Im lowered on bc racing 12k/10k and will be running 19x9.5 front and back, +30. I want to sit low enough to tuck a little sidewall all the way around.
I am really hoping that I can run some 235/35/19 fk452's but I want to make sure I don't rub, even with 4 passengers.
I think the front will be close. I'm planning on heatgunning the fender liners, shaving the tab down and rolling them.
If I need to run 225/35's to avoid rubbing I will, but I'm hoping someone can tell me definitively that 235/35s will work
Thank you guys.

Hey,
i did some research but couldnt find the right answer:
I am thinking about 20x9 / 10.5 Vossen sv1 and I want stretched tires, because I think it is necessary when i want to tuck the tires a bit. BUT the tire manufacturers (i tried hankook, toyo, vredestein) say I cant drive 225/30 and 255/30 on 20x9 / 10.5.
I know many people hier in CL do have this specs, but here in germany we have tüv regulations and yadda yadda yadda. So they say I must got with 235/30 and 265/25. Isn't this too meaty for tucking the tires? the tire wall will look upright, won't it?

235 with 9 inches wheel is a little stretch. Most tire manufacturers recommend 235 with 8.5" width wheel. Tire Sidewall won't look upright at all. It will look slightly stretched. The sidewall will slant inward.
Same result applies to 265 with 10.5 inches wheel. But the stretching will be more in this case compared to the above pairing.

thanks, so my thoughts weren't that wrong.
but still, the 235 tire will cause rubbing, right?
just another question:
the common tire combinations (225/40 255/40 R18 - 225/35 255/35 R19 - 225/30 255/30 R20) have a difference of the diameter/Circumference. example
those people from Falken tires tell me, this is not possible because cars with ABS only have to have a difference under 1.5%. they are wrong, right? because 18" oem tires do have quite a difference.
i tell you guys, you can be more then happy to live in USA when it comes to modding your car!

Hi im looking at these Varrstoen wheels http://varrstoen.com/products/es-2/
Will these fit: 18x8.5 35 offset front & rear?
What would be an ideal wheel size and offset that's 18" and would not need any modifications?
Thanks much Appreciated

Also looking at these: http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/pro...oducts_id=5872
they are also 18" x 8.5" with 44 offset Front & Rear.
Will these fit?
Basically what offset should I be looking for an 18x8.5 Front & Rear that won't need any wheel modifications or will sacrifice the handling of the car?
