problem with Moonroof?

so my Moon roof doesn't open like by turning the thing it wont open or when i press it for auto i will have to hold it and it will open the back if i keep holding it opens up the whole thing do you guys think what might be the problem i checked my driver side fuse box the number 25 and it looks fine thank you in advance
