Question 6000k bulbs from Amazon

i was looking around amazon.com for items under $25 because i have a gift card. i saw some 6000k bulbs for 20 dollars, but in the title of the item, it says "high beam". is that the name, or a bulb for the actual high beam lights? if I install these bulbs, will my lights look any different?

bulb size for the DRL/high beams is 9005.

all these will do is change the color of light output.

ohhhhh. so will these change the color of my entire headlight? or just the DRL?

i looked on here and these bulbs will be only for the lights closest to the middle? i'm still a little confused.

if you look at the above image, the two outermost lights are the low beams, and the two innermost lights are the DRL's/high beams.

again, the linked 9005 bulbs will only change the color of the DRL/high beams. the color of the low beams will not be affected by the 9005 bulbs.

In Stock. Sold by Lost Creek Cherokee

Those aren't sold by Amazon so your gift card will not work.

first of all, find out whether you have oem HID's or not. nothing worse than to spend money and find out it's not what you need.

once you do that, use the search function to find out what you need in order to accomplish what you want.

case in point, if you did an advance search in the 2is section using the key word "lighting", you'll find this thread:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...light=lighting

you should find everything you need to know in that thread.

good luck.

In this picture are the high beams on? Or is that the DRL brightness?

all you need to do is figure out which color temperature (i.e. 6000k, 8000k, etc.) suits your needs/wants (color vs. light output) and either get the corresponding HID bulbs (if you have oem HIDs) or the HID kit (if you don't have oem HIDs).
