I can't think of any other tire beside Michelin PS2's that can provide ride comfort, low noise, high grip, and most of all has a really good price for what it can do.
I had sumitomo on a set if rims I had bout 5 years ago... they were awesome. Quiet handled well (well for the kind of drivin that I do)... why not use the stock tires sizes if your gettin 18's?
I've liked the OEM Dunlop Sport Maxxs... Dunlop has updated the tire with a Kevlar reinforced sidewall (Sport Maxx TT), and it has been getting good reviews. It outperformed it's competitors in nearly every category in a Tirerack test.
tire size for the 18x8.5 would be 225/40/18 if you want a sorta stretch look but perfectly safe that is what i run, 235/40/18 if you a lil more tire
my front are the 225/40/18 so you can see how it actually is.
my rears are 245/40/18 on a 18x9.5" so you can imagine how the bellow would be with a 245/40 on an 18x8.5" would be. check out these pix for a reference

Thank you very much for your detail information. I think i will go with Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 235/40/18 all around
225/40/all around works best for you, don't run 245/40/18, they won't rub but will look like crab.
I won't run 245/40/18. I am just thinking to run 235/40/18.
225/40/18 that just the stock size right? i want to go with a little bit bigger but not too much. that's why i want to double check with all of you to go with 235/40/18 or stick with the stock size 225/40/18?
