Be Extra Careful Removing Snow!
So as some of you may know or dealt with, New Jersey got hit hard with snow the past couple of weeks. All the snow has finally melted off of my car and I happened to notice really light scratches on the trunk, hood, and top of my car. I came to the conclusion this was all from the ice scrapper! I was extra careful when using that thing, but I guess not careful enough. Unless theres a better ice scrapper on the market. Once the car is cleaned Im gonna try and use Mcguires Scratch X to polish these out. Hope it works! Any suggestions would be great.

I assume you mean a snow brush on the end of an ice scraper, not that you used an ice scraper on your paint.
I use a soft snow brush to reduce the amount of snow on the car, but try not to brush down to the surface of the paint itself.

I just use the brush and skim a few inches above the paint. Whatever is left will blow off in a few miles.

I feel ya... I can use a regular BROOM on my girlfriend's 3-series, but if I breath on my Lexus wrong, it scratches.
There's an old thread I created complaining about the paint quality. Let us know how the cleanup works. I'm gonna need to do some myself.

Car cover sounds like a smart idea, but when I used to live in maryland, I just used my arm to wipe off snow, works great without scratching paint.
