Default Xtreme Depot HID Kit

So i just ordered my Xtreme HID kit from Xtreme Depot yesterday, i have halogens now, and wanted HID that would look like the OEM HID's...so i went with the 4300K. I checked out the "VOLT" HID kits there also, but went with the XTREME, although they were a bit more expensive..but i assume theyre a better quality. Has anyone here bought this kit, or one like it, and have pics to post? I just want to see what they look like once installed, to see how much they resemble the OEM HID's. Thanks.

I also woud like to see your ending result cause Im not satisfy
with the results of my 8k but lots have to do with the halogen
projectors that we have. I believe the only way that
would change is if we upgrade our fresnel lens
nonetheless I would be very happy to see that your kit
is the solution, good luck and please post pics mang...

I was going to buy from Xenon Depot but they didn't offer a 6000k in the Xtreme only in their cheap Volt line. So I went with Oracle's 6000k 50w. The 50w will be brighter than the standard 35w kits. The 50w kit is safe for our cars. Linky

I use to have the Xtreme kit for my IS350, but switched to Volt kit; Volt kit is so much easier to deal with. Each kit was installed for at least a year on my car, and both worked fine without any trouble; plus Xenondepot's customer service is fantastic!

I went with 6000k for lows from HIDextra and 4350k in MTEC Bulbs for my DRL and Fogs, installed them the other day (check out the pic). I'll actually be putting my set up for sale this weekend when I uninstall it, I am thinking of trying an OEM HID swap since my head lights are yellowing and I would prefer cleaner/clearer headlights.

i personally would avoid AAC(oracle) i've heard nothing but bad things. especially on myis forums. heard they have not so great customer service and their products aren't too great. take it with a grain of salt if you want. do some research

i would rather stick to vendors on this forum.

Thanks for the feedback guys! Glad to hear you guys are happy with the product.

I wanted to also clarify that our ballasts have EMI shielding so you will not experience the types of problems this CL member experienced:

I did do a lot of research for about a year with both forums. I've seen reviews for Garax hid, Xtreme Depot, AAC (Oracle), MTEC, etc...

I would have bought from Xenon Depot if they only offered the Xtreme kit in a 6000k. The only Xtreme kit close to this was 6500k. I know it's only off by a litte but I'm going to get exactly what I want and not settle.

I have seen a lot of members that have had the Oracle kit installed for years with no issues and some have had issues just like the rest of the HID kits on here. It's a hit or miss but at least I have a life time warranty with Oracle and it's a 50w kit which Xenon Depot does not offer.

Besides... I believe that AAC is a vendor on this forum. They gave me a CL discount on the 50w kit

get a kit that plugs directly into the existing headlight harness and that also has a relay with power directly to the (+)...do not settle for one like this....I mean really, how much more is the correct plug!!!!

Our kits come with a proper H11 connector not generic spade terminals.
