Default Replacing your fog light?

I just purchased a pair of 3000k HID fog lights and I wanted to know what the easiest way to change them out. I did a search and found 1 way where you get in through the fender near the wheel well by removing a few clips but is there another way? Like how about under the car???

if you want to do the fog lights I personally thing that through the fender is the easier way to go about doing things I have dont a few sets of different bulbs never HID's though so Im not able to 100% sure on how easy that will be with that limited room and access

It's possible to do it through the fender Justin has done it. I took off the bumper I liked having more room to replace I'll probably just go though the fender lining. Mounting the ballast may be hard through the fender lining but if you have long arms/hands you should be fine.

For those of you that said the only way to change the FOG lights is through the fenders near the front wheel well or removing the front bumper is wrong. You can install an HID kit or replace the bulb from under the car. The other 2 methods (removing bumper and fender) still work but Just wanted to let others know there is another way to do it and seems a lot easier.

This shows how to go through the fender. It also shows that there is an access panel on the driver side, but I find it easier to just go through the fender on both sides.

What are the best matching LED's with stock HID's?

I am looking at these right now.

Amazon.com: Genssi 2x 80W CREE White 9006 HB4 High Power LED 12V DRL Fog Light LED Lamp: Automotive Amazon.com: Genssi 2x 80W CREE White 9006 HB4 High Power LED 12V DRL Fog Light LED Lamp: Automotive

I recently swapped out my parking lights and the match wasn't that good.
