You can probably try Aerotect in La Verne, about 45 mins drive from Santa Monica. My friend orders all his vinyl from them, they're well known for their clear bras and other vinyl work, they might be the best option in my opinion.

i also say aerotect. they'll even ship it to you if you'd rather do the work yourself. but my buddy francisco does great work over there. call up jason and he'll set u up in an instant.
as far as the location, it was a bit difficult to find at first, considering the airport is literally right there, but their shop has an alternate entrance. and plus, when they're done, you can WOP on the run way (just make sure no cops are there)
