Got my roof vinyled black yesterday and first off why does Lexus have to make it so hard with them bolting the antenna to the roof. So with that not being able to be removed without going thru the interior, we did it without removing it.
After all was done, it came out very well, just need to wax it so the swirls come out.

Anyone else who have done this please post pics and experiences.

I paid $130

I got quoted more than $300 for the roof to be done but without the removal of the antenna, i got quoted $500 for the roof with removing the antenna. There is one part thats messed up in the back because you cant remove the antenna but its vinyl, ill end up redoing it sooner or later.

looks good op! but i think it might look better if you vinyl the thin white strip on both sides too so that it flows evenly with the windshield.

btw, for those in ca, aerotect quoted me $150 installed for black vinyl roof. just fyi

It is simple to remove. Take out the rear dome light and unbolt.
