Rattling sound on cold startup.

Rattling sound on cold startup.
When starting up in the morning my 2006 sometimes emits a rattling sound under the hood. Since it does not occur 'every' time I start up I thought perhaps it was a catalyst baffle or something like that.
Anyone else notice this? And if so what do you think it is? Bringing it to the dealer at this point I think would be a waste of time since once the car is warmed up it never occurs.
