k so just tonight i noticed something different on cold start up. A brief knock when starting up cold. I know there is a tsb for this but i was wondering how many of you IS350 owners have this problem.

 

no knocking on mines yet.

 

So far it only happened twice out of many cold starts. Humm i guess i will have to wait longer and see if it gets worse. No sense bringing it in if it does not happen to them.

YES i have that problem too and mines is an 2008 is350 and it does have that engine knock/rattle randomly like couple times every week, but i still didnt bring it in to lexus yet but i sure will soon.and yes alot of the lexus IS owners have the same problem heres a video that i found on the lexus forums this is the knocking/rattle sound that another LEXUS IS owner had just like alot of them out there http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zj3xm-LhWqs
