So i was going to school and i got rear ended by a ****en Toyota 4runner i was getting Off the LIE (exit23) and there was a 09 lexus rx350 and a 2004 honda accord i was behind the accord we stopped when we got off the exit to get on the service road and the 4runner was going really fast and did not have time to break and ram into me... before he did that i saw him he was not going to stop so i PUll over on the curb so he dont hit me but he lost control and hit on my side here are the Damages looks like i am not going to any meets for 1 month Ouch i am fine but i have neck and back pain now i have to get treatment What do you Guys think?

That sucks, but the fact is that you got out of the car after the accident and can still walk, talk, and chew gum. Your day could have been much worse. The car can be fixed or replaced - it's only a car.

Glad you're ok, even though you're sore. If you've never been to a chiropractor before, they can do wonders for you without having you on pain meds.

Holy ***** I'm glad you're ok. It looks like the cost to fix it will probably be a lot (bumper, trunk, frame, side panels, etc). You better claim the hell out of his insurance and maybe get yourself a treat while you're at it (bodykit!!).
