IS350 "Rattle on cold start"

My VIN # is JTHBE262765004068 and I have 53,000 mile now

#1) Out of warranty at 50K... am I still eligible for this TSIB ??

#2) Searched the thread regarding this subject and 1/2 hour later damned if I could find the link. If somebody has this handy can you please post this for me?

you still have a 70,000 mile engine and drivetrain warranty, so you're still good for the tsb repair.

your vin will qualify, its a common problem for all our engines. i don't even think they take into account the vin # w/ this TSIB because its so common lol

Just had mine done last month and I've been rattle free since. I would definitely recommend it since you are still under warranty. Anyway here is the link:
