Default Warranty about to expire in 2008 IS350

Is there anything I should be sure to look at and get fixed? Car has been perfect. I am the second owner and it has 35000 miles. It also has an extended warranty, but If I remember correctly some things are not covered in that.

Check all the TSIBs to see if anything applies.

do you have to be experiencing any of the symptoms for a dealer to do a TSIB???

or is it as easy as walk in at 5 miles below warranty expiration and say i want every TSIB done for my car.

curious how this works with the dealer.

My dealership requires to have them examine the car and see if there is a symptom of the TSIB you are asking for
if they can't find it, they can't do it

Yeah, that's the official policy - you have to have the symptoms, and the dealership has to observe them in-person, in order to perform the TSIB. This can obviously be annoying when you have an intermittent issue because, invariably, the problem will never manifest itself in front of a Lexus tech. One exception to this is that I have read about people recording the sound of the startup rattle and that was enough for Lexus to do the TSIB.

Are you sure that wasn't the powertrain warranty? I know I have 100K powertrain on mine....
