Default Cutting Fender Procedures

So im tired of rubbing my rear wheels on my fender. I want to cut my fenders myself and ive heard its a pretty easy job. So guys what are the exact procedures and tools needed to do this job? Just take a dremel to it?

I dont suggest that you do this if you have never done it before. Its not a hard or long process but have a local member help or pay a shop to do it.

If you are cutting it, no need for heat gun. Heat gun is when you roll the fender. It helps avoid paint from cracking but still 90% chance that the paint will crack.... The reason you would want to take the wheel off is just so that you have room to work on it. If you are comfortable cutting it without taking the wheels off then by all means go for it.

Cutting wont chip the paint?? I took mine to get it cut to a tire shop. They put tape on it and so, when they where done I went to inspect, and the paint was chipped!! It was from the inside though. It has now gotten to being almost visible.
