Default High Water?

I drove through some high water this morning. It came almost over my hood but not into my doors or any thing. It seemed to rn fine all the way to work. i went a few hours after and started it and every thing still seemed tobe good. is there any thing i need to be concerned about?

I'd say if you haven't seen problems yet, you're fine. Ive had water up over my hood before almost to my windshield!

This happened to me last week with all the storms we had. My parking lot at work was flooded. With my car so low the water came up on my hood. I took the intake filter out and made sure it was dry. Car seems to be okay.

Did you take your car to a water park??
If the car runs fine then you should be ok, but I would take it to a local shop just have it check out in general.

Probably just ask for brake check and look for oil leakage (or any free checking stuff), and don't let the shop know your concern so they won't have to chance to sell you something unnecessary.

Good luck!!
