Question Help: Removing Rear Deck

Can someone tell me how to remove the rear deck on my IS350? Even better if someone can point me to a DIY with pictures. I have already managed to remove the seats. And yes, I've searched to no avail. Please help!

Some of you guys need to stop being such an @ss and help a fellow CL member out if you know what he is looking for. Some people may search better than others. Some just may not be using the correct search terms, therefore not finding their answer. Anyways, this link here will show you how to remove the rear deck with instructions and pictures.

No problem, it wasn't too hard to copy and paste a link for you, haha. Why are you removing the rear deck panel if you don't mind me asking? Tinting rear window? (Easier to tint window with it out of the way)

Actually my rear window is already tinted. If you really want to know, I managed to lose a tiny piece of rubber under the rear deck after I tried using it as a shock absorber to prevent the dreaded "rear windshield creaking" problem that developed recently. I was so desperate to rid the problem that I jammed the tiny piece of rubber too far down between the glass and the rear deck. Now I need to go through hell just to remove it cause I don't want it rolling around under there. I know, I'm not much of a DIY'er. Oh well.
