Trying to get an idea of how many people have had the TSIB done and had it reoccur after the fix.
This only applies to the IS350 BTW.

Had mine dones almost exactly a year ago (july will be one year) and the rattle hasn't returned ever since.

I too have noticed that the rattle is back. I had my IS350 repaired late last year and started noticing the noise as of last week...not too happy to say the least...:-(

TSIB = Technical Service Information Bulletin, or sometimes just called a "bulletin".
Had the rattling noise on my 06 IS 350, took it in, have not had any rattling since. About half a year ago.

Just had my IS350 done last week, have not heard rattle again, but I also just changed the oil, (dealer did not as part of TSIB) low or old oil seems to increase clatter at startup. I will post/vote if I hear clatter again

Knowing everyones miles when they noticed... fixed ...and noticed again, might help.

had mine fixed around July last yr probably at 20,000 miles. Started making the same noise about a month ago at 36-37000 miles.
Well the current stats are showing about 75% of IS350's have this problem... that is pretty disappointing from a quality point of view. If we were driving a Sunfire or a Cavalier I could understand but a 75% fail rate on a Toyota (even worse that is it their higher end Lexus) is just not acceptable IMO.
IS250 doesn't have this issue I would assume.
