So I just installed the navtool and now my passenger windows wont go up or down from my controls at the driver seat. they work if i push each one individually from their own button. I also noticed that the auto down and auto up doesnt work either. Only my window does auto up and down. I dont see how I could have unplugged something, I made sure everything was good before i put everything back. I did unplug the battery's neg and pos connections and noticed everything got reset. Any ideas?

 

Yes,... you have to reset each window individually. Just roll them up and down and couple of times and then it should work.
