Bumping an old thread since I didn't want to make a new one.

I am currently 25 inch from ground to fender on my AWD and i am rubbing over the smallest bumps/dips ever. It sounds like a hard loud metal scrape. I pulled over to see and i saw the edge of my tire being ripped apart but doesn't look TOO deep. I removed one of the bumper taps and it's still scraping.

I am not sure where exactly it is scraping or what to do?
