Default So my car is starting to have a lazy eye....

So yeah my hid headlight is starting to turn off while im driving at night leaving me with a lazy eye(only one headlight on). I have to turn off the headlights completely and then wait 30 seconds and then reboot and then both are on. It just randomly started and is intermitent. It has happened on both sides. I'll be driving and a couple minutes later the light goes out on one of the sides. Are my bulbs going bad? Issues with my ballasts? Wiring issues? Im about to drop off the car at the dealer and have them check it out. Anyone out there with similar incidents? Im a night person and luckily i havent gotten pulled over(i dont drink)...i just hate getting harrassed. Thanks in advance.

Do you leave your headlight switch in the "auto" position? If you frequently drive during daybreak or dusk, park in a garage, or do other driving that would cause frequent uneeded cycling on-and-off of the HIDs, you might want to consider reverting to switching them on-and-off by hand.
