Instructions on removing window switch plates

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the window switch plates on an ISx50? Are they held down by screw(s) or does it just pop off?

It just pops off. Slowly lift it upwards and once it's off you can detach the harness.

start from one end and move ur fingers along the bottom slowly and it'll just pop up liek they said ^
