Hellish IS CURSE RETURNS!
I thought last night was the best night of my life which it still kind of is but my car thinks otherwise. I was driving on 10th ave in New York City and I was changing lanes this women driving a mercedes saw me but didn't react. She was in my blindspot she even told the cops that she saw me look back and not see her. Instead of hitting the brakes she tries to speed up and while she does that I am taking the turn at the same time. What ends up happening is I save my rearend but she destroys my rear door. Scratches the **** out of my front door and my sideskirt and part of the bumper are screwed.

This is what happened to the mercedes! A valet was driving it not even the real owner of the vehicle. I wonder how he will feel when he finds out the car that he left for servicing got messed up...
Need pics

Prior to your accident, what made last night the best night of your life? That's a bold statement.
Yeah people in the city drives like **************** they see someone change lanes and they will floor it to get in front of you before you do.

You do realize, you should since the cop issued you a ticket, that the lane she was in was her lane? When you decided to change lanes, considered a change of direction, you must check, signal and yield to any vehicles occupying said lane.
Just because she did not want to let you in does not make her a biatch. It's your responsiblilty when making a change of direction to first make sure the lane is clear and if not to yield to any vehicle occupying the lane.
Sorry, the damage is your own fault whether she sped up, wouldn't let you in, or whatever justification you can come up with placing blame on her.
