Happened to mine when I tried to take off the stocks for the first time, its probably semi rusted in.

I took a hammer, and hit the side wall a bit and it budged lose.

use a lever. Get a thick metal plumbing pipe from home depot, like about 2 feet longer than the wrench and make sure the wrench can go inside it. It'll increase the torque you are applying. just be careful and make sure you are going the right way.

I'm sure someone else can explain this better than i just did....

rims can become bonded to the rotor surface from corrosion and heat. lay down on your side and stomp them off ( from the inside-out ) with the bottom of your foot. feel free to yell KIYAAAAAAA for added effect.

if the lugs are off just kick the tire, or get a piece of wood and lay it across the top of the tire and hit it with a hammer. the hub is probably just rusted to the rim. no biggie happens all the time,

Next time your wheels get seized to the hubs a bit..just turn around face the other way from the wheel you want to come off and horse kick it. It'll come right off...works every time..or you can just lower the car onto that wheel very very slowly til it cracks the seal.
