Question About Navi DVD option
Hey guys, I have the 08 Navi option without ML. Can I place DVD's for Music?? I tried burning a DVD with MP3 and it would not play it. Maybe I burned the wrong style DVD or something. Any help would be great. Also where is the NAVI dvd?? If i want to replace it for the new updated maps

If you don't have ML, you have a 6 disc CD changer, not a DVD changer. Plus, even those with ML and DVD can't use a data DVD with mp3 files, that feature only works with CDs.
The navigation DVD drive is behind the clock panel. There are tools to remove it in one of the pouches in the toolkit in the trunk.

But with the ML option and Navi, you CAN make DVD-A discs and those play as well...They are tougher to make (but do sound amazing) and can be bought with surround mixes...A very cool format if you are into sound quality. If you are just looking to cram 5 GB of MP3's on a disc, it wont work that way...but DVD-A's can hold ALOT more songs than a CD....
