Question Winter tire setup question for my IS350

I had placed my order for winter tires and decided to hold the order to see what you guy's think first. I had originally planned to use 17 inch wheels but decided to to buy winter tires for my stock 18's since I will be getting aftermarket one's next spring and didn't want to deal with TPS sensors.

I had originally ordered 225-40 18 for the front and 255 40 18 for the rear. Now I'm thinking that I should just order 235 40 18 all around so I can rotate them and have them last a little longer. What do you guy's think? Or should I just stick with the size that is already on my car (225's front - 255's back?) Hope it makes sense.

Thanks in advance guy's.

Run stock sizes, the Dunlop m3 and 3d are very good snow tires.

this is your best bet unless you get the 17". I just got the new Michelin Alpin PA3. So far so good but we havent had any snow that I can really test them out.

They do not have the 255's in the D3's. I ended up ordering the D3's for the front and the M3's for the rear for my setup. Good luck.

To answer your question yes, you can run 245/40-18
