I got an 06 IS350 with navi/non-ML, and would like to upgrade the speakers. Did anyone perform this upgrade? I can't find the right speaker size anywhere online. Help is appreciated!
May I suggest you add a amp and subwoofer to the existing system first. The factory drivers aren't too bad, an aftermarket sub pulls it together nicely. I recently added a sub and amp along with a jl 300/4 to power the stock setup. It sounds very good for what it is. I'd say the best bang for the buck. Eventually I'll replace the front stage, but for now it works. New speakers would net you very little with the stock amp.

Eventually I'm going to go for a Sub, but for 'right now' I'm planning on getting some Focal (Utopia) components for front, and less-expensive Boston Acoustic for the rear. The front tweeters are too dissappointing...
Well, the front stage lasted three days. They didn't blow, but I could not get a clean enough sound outta them. I swapped in a pair of pioneer 720's and the sound is much better. Good luck getting around the stock amps x-over points, they are less than optimal. The sound really cleaned up when I combined the front channels via an lc6 and changed the crossover points.

I wasn't too impressed w/ the factory speakers as well. After a couple thousand miles though they have really warmed up. Sounds very good. Not enough bass.

Very well. Just need to do some more tuning. Just trying to figure out how to use the three way parametric equalizer on my Kenwood head unit.
This system is in an 07' Corolla BTW.
